Account Information: Name, email, and profile picture via Clerk authentication.

Brokerage Credentials: If you connect Alpaca, your API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Never stored in plaintext. We do not access your brokerage password or funds.

Usage & Trading Data: Pages visited, features used, trades analyzed, recommendations generated, and positions managed.

• Execute trades when you enable automated trading

• Communicate about your account and updates
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

• Brokerage credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• Encryption keys stored separately from encrypted data
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS
• API responses never return full credentials, only masked versions

No system is 100% secure. We implement industry-standard measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Clerk (authentication and account management)
• Alpaca (executing trades you authorize)
• OpenAI and Google (market analysis only, no personal info sent)
• Polygon and FMP (fetching market data)
• Law enforcement (only if legally required)

You can access, correct, or delete your data, disconnect your brokerage account at any time, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use essential cookies only (no advertising or tracking). The Platform is not for individuals under 18. We may update this policy and will post changes with a revised date.
