By accessing or using Artha Intelligence ("the Platform"), ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Artha Intelligence is an AI-powered market analysis platform that provides real-time stock scanning, technical and fundamental analysis, earnings data, options flow monitoring, and AI-generated trading insights. The Platform aggregates publicly available market data and applies machine learning models to surface potential trading opportunities.

THIS PLATFORM IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

All information, analysis, AI-generated recommendations, trading signals, conviction scores, and any other output from the Platform are estimates and assumptions based on publicly available data. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on assumptions that do not reflect current market conditions. All outputs are machine-generated estimates and should be treated as one of many inputs in your decision-making process.

The Platform allows optional integration with third-party brokerage accounts (such as Alpaca). By connecting your brokerage account:

• You authorize the Platform to access your account data for display and analysis purposes.
• You acknowledge that the Platform may place trades on your behalf if you enable automated trading features.
• You understand that automated trading carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.
• You remain solely responsible for all trading activity in your brokerage account.
• We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary. We do not custody your funds.

Trading stocks, options, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any AI model, signal, or strategy does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. AI analysis is based on models that may produce incorrect results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate securities regulations.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code of our AI models.
• Redistributing or commercially exploiting Platform data without written consent.
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform infrastructure.
• Automated scraping beyond normal usage.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTHA INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artha Intelligence from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
